Community Access Program (CAP)
The LSPC offers four computers for public at our office in Victoriaville Centre.

(closed for lunch from 12pm to 1pm)
The Community Access program started in 1995 and was a funded by the Federal Government through Industry Canada. The purpose of the program was to bring computer and Internet technologies to Canadians across the country through various Community Access Program.
The LSPC was the North Network Coordinator for all CAP sites in the region and on March 31, 2012, Industry Canada ended the funding for the CAP programs. When the funding for this program ended the LSPC decided to continue to offer computers for public use.
