You have sound knowledge of human service systems, strong critical thinking and problem solving skills and excellent communication skills – oral and written. You will have a demonstrated ability to relate effectively with people from all age, ethnic and socio-economic populations. As part of the 211 team you will have the capability to work independently and have extensive knowledge of computer programs.
You have a University degree/diploma in Social Sciences and a minimum of 3 years work experience in the human services sector.
35 hours per week – Monday – Friday
