Community Information Database Summary Report
The following statistics use data collected over the summer months (June, July and August) from our online database located at www.lspc.ca/circ and www.211ontarionorth.ca. During those months there were over 5000 searches to our database, 50,000 visits to our web sites and over 200,000 pages viewed.

Popular Searches
The top search term was "recreational with 7.3% of all searches.
Next was "youth employment with 3.3%
The third was "housing in Thunder Bay with 1.5%

Other popular search terms included:
• Human Resource Centre
• Employment Resource Centre
• Counselling
• Housing Help Centre
• Housing
• Recreation

Based on these terms we can see that many people were looking for summer recreational activities, summer jobs for youth and housing which has been at the top of the list since the database was open to the public. We also saw a rise in the number of searches for regional services in Manitouwadge, Schreiber, Terrace Bay and Nipigon.
