All parties to any such dispute will submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and/or provincial courts of Ontario for all purposes. Canadian Copyright and Trademark laws will be strictly enforced, subjecting violators to substantial civil and/or criminal prosecution.

You shall pay any taxes on transactions that may occur on the web site. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect.

ROBOTS or AUTOMATED PROGRAMS
The Lakehead Social Planning Council reserves the right to allow or disallow robots to index our site. If we find that a robot is not following the specs in our robots.txt file, we may ban that IP address indefinetly. Any robot found indexing the site excessively or populating other databases will be banned.

PRIVACY POLICY
Lakehead Social Planning Council does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested when we have your permission.
