Save Time by Slowing Down Workshop 7:00 pm March 22 2010
Multitasking can make you less productive, less creative and less accurate. Researchers have recently demonstrated that multitasking does not help people achieve more in less time.

Our culture is consumed with the idea that doing more than one thing at a time is modern, efficient and fulfilling. However, SLOW is catching on fast. The slow movement is not about the absence of productivity, in fact, quite the opposite.

By embracing the concept of slowing down, we can accomplish more while reducing stress and increasing the quality of our lives.

Speaker: Tara Gauld
Time: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
To register: 684-1880
